Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, you can contact us through the following options:
- Send an email with the subject "EXCHANGE" to [email protected].
- Message us on Instagram.
- Message us on WhatsApp.
When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- Order number.
- Name and ID number of the person who made the purchase.
- Product you want to exchange.
- Reason for the exchange.
For the exchange to be valid, the products must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused, properly folded, and in optimal condition.
- Be in their original packaging.
⚠️ If these conditions are not met, the package will be returned to the sender.
Exchange period:
Exchanges can only be made within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Alternatively, you can visit our pickup location in person.
Additional conditions:
- The value of the product to be exchanged will be the price you originally paid, regardless of its current price.
- If you are exchanging for a different size, there will be no extra charges.
- If the product you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
- If you wish to exchange it for another product: the value of the originally purchased product will be deducted, and if there is a price difference, we will issue a store credit for the balance.
- Exchanges are not valid for promotions active at the time of the request.
Exchange process by location:
- In CABA: You can make the exchange in person after coordinating with us.
- Rest of the country: Exchanges are handled through Andreani. We will send you a shipping label to print and attach to the package (covering any previous label). The cost of this initial shipment is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive and verify the product's condition, we will proceed with the exchange. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Returns
While we take great care with our customers' orders and perform quality control before shipping, it is possible that an item may have a manufacturing defect. In this case, you have the option to:
- Request store credit.
- Request a refund.
Return conditions:
- Products must be unused, in good condition, and include their original packaging and tags.
- You can return products within 7 calendar days after the purchase date (or after receiving the item, depending on the delivery method).
Shipping costs:
- Returns will always have shipping costs, which will be communicated to you and must be paid before processing the return.
Refund process:
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the claim is made.
- The amount refunded will be the price originally paid, regardless of the product's current price.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Partial refunds are not allowed.
- We have a maximum of 30 days to process a return.
⚠️ If the products do not meet the stated conditions, the return will not be accepted, and the customer will need to pay for a new shipment to retrieve the product.
